Košarka

Košarka, or basketball, is a team sport in which two teams, typically consisting of five players each, compete to score points by shooting a basketball through the opposing team’s hoop. The game is played on a rectangular court with a hoop at each end. The main objective is to score more points than the opposing team within the allocated time, which usually consists of four quarters.

In the context of human resources, košarka (basketball) can be used as a metaphor for teamwork, strategy, and competition within an organization. It highlights the importance of collaboration, communication, and individual roles within a team to achieve collective goals. Moreover, games like basketball can serve as team-building activities that foster camaraderie and improve interpersonal relationships among employees.
